Our programme of support offers a range of professional development opportunities for teachers, support staff and leadership teams related to inclusion, building a strong culture of distributed leadership for SEND. We tailor our programme to meet the needs of individual schools, Federations and Trusts, offering strategic support, coaching and external evaluation, as well as training days and staff meetings.

We welcome enquiries regarding bespoke training from teams or individuals seeking to develop provision for pupils with SEND.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available on the Springwell site, so delegates should allow a little extra time for parking nearby.  Please respect our local residents and ensure you park sensibly and do not block access to gateways or driveways.

Southampton Inclusion Partnership is committed to improving educational practice through action research.

We recognise that evidence informed practice provides 'best bets' to help teachers and leaders to make informed decisions about what to do and what to stop doing.

A number of research projects have been undertaken by the service and some of them have been published in well-known educational journals.

We welcome the opportunity to promote any action research you would like to share that helps to improve leadership and practice in relation to SEND.
